The Larkspur Landing Hotel Seattle / Renton is conveniently located only fifteen minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and is centrally located to Renton area businesses, shopping, Seattle, and Bellevue.  We are proud to provide complimentary transportation to and from the Sea-Tac Airport and within a five-mile radius for your convenience.

2008 LETTER OF AGREEMENT with Hakai Lodge

Preferred Rate Schedule:

• Preferred rates are in effect from 1/1/08 - 12/31/08.  The Hotel's check-in time is 3:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM.

• Rates are Non-Commissionable.
  
• Rates are based on Non Last Room Availability.

• Rates are exclusive of 12.4% occupancy tax.  After 31 days of continuous occupancy room rates would not be subject to taxes (if applicable).

• If appropriate, rates will be loaded into the GDS system upon receipt of travel agency name, rate access codes, and pseudo-city codes.  If your preferred access code is not available in the relative airline system, a suitable replacement will be assigned and communicated to you.

• Reservations may be made directly by calling the Larkspur Landing Hotel Seattle / Renton at (435) 235-1212 and through a specified travel agency.  Reservations not made through these channels cannot be guaranteed the Hakai Lodge preferred rates.

• Reservations require credit card guarantee at time of reservation to hold room beyond

• All guests are responsible for their own room, tax and incidental charges, unless direct billing privileges have been arranged in advance with hotel management.

• Reservation cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to date of arrival to avoid cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.  The Hotel phone number is (435) 235-1212.
